As a Franchise Development Manager at TALK Language School, you will be responsible for identifying potential franchisees, expanding the franchise network, and ensuring the successful establishment and growth of TALK Language School franchises. You will conduct market research, present franchise opportunities to prospective candidates, provide support and training to franchisees, and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential franchisees through market research, networking, and outreach activities
  • Present franchise opportunities to potential candidates, providing them with information about the benefits, investment requirements, and support available
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on potential franchisees, including reviewing financials and assessing their suitability for the franchise model
  • Guide and support new franchisees through the onboarding process, assisting with location selection, business setup, and initial training
  • Provide ongoing training, support, and guidance to franchisees to ensure the smooth operation of their language school franchises
  • Monitor and evaluate franchise performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with the franchise team to develop and refine franchise manuals, standard operating procedures, and training materials
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, fostering open communication and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and contribute to the continuous improvement of the franchise program

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in franchise development or business development, preferably in the education or language training industry
  • Strong networking and negotiation skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze market trends
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of franchising laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel to different locations for franchise development activities
