As a Language Instructor at TALK Language School, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging language lessons to students of various proficiency levels. You will create a supportive and interactive learning environment, assess students’ progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs. Your passion for language teaching and ability to foster a positive learning experience will contribute to students’ language development and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver dynamic language lessons based on curriculum guidelines
• Engage students in interactive activities and discussions to promote language fluency and comprehension
• Assess students’ language skills through tests, assignments, and examinations
• Provide individualized feedback and support to students to enhance their language learning journey
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop teaching resources
• Stay updated with language teaching methodologies and educational trends to enhance instructional effectiveness
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement
• Communicate with students’ parents or guardians regarding their progress and language development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field
• Teaching certification or qualification in language teaching (e.g., TESOL, TEFL, CELTA)
• Strong proficiency in the target language and excellent command of English
• Experience in teaching language learners of various ages and proficiency levels
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching and inspiring language learners
